Shake Bars


  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (any flavor)
  • 1 cup Formula 1 Healthy Meal (any flavor)
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 cups Rice Crisp Cereal (any variety)
  • Optional: coconut, slivered almonds, raisins
Melt together first 4 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into an 8X8 pan. Mix thoroughly and then press flat. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut into 8 equal bars. Enjoy! This great snack or after a workout, the peanut butter is a good source of protein. I cannot take credit for this recipe, to who created it thank you it is great.
